I’m David. I an expert anxiety therapist who works using Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Walk & Talk Therapy in Bolton, Wigan and online.
I specialise in working with anxiety and sleep issues, including Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) and panic attacks.
I also work with many other issues including self-esteem, motivation, phobias, addictions, smoking, negative habits, weight control and more.
